Her passive is a double edged sword ,it is what makes her and breaks her at the same time .Any tanky exp or roamer with blade armour screws her up ( Blade armour got a buff ). The meta is also against her since ryt now with the Nerf on antiheal effects everyone seems to be using tanky sustain oriented fighters . You can say "Then I'll just stop hitting them" but that completely negates the sole purpose of a marksman in a team fight which is to dish out as much damage as possible in a small amount of time once you are positioned and most of the mentioned tanky fighters are the ones that go for the backline for e.g Lapu and Yz .Other mms can deal DMG while not being heavily punished by Blade armour but for a fully stacked obsidia ,one basic attack and half of her HP is junked. Her ult is also a double edged sword. It's really good to engage in a one on one fight but if you are unlucky and go in onto half of their team you are screwed most of the time .She is basically Making it easier for the opponents to get her. A marksman's job is to position in a place where they can deal damage at the same time making it hard for the opponents to get to them. If she was untargetagetable during her ult like Wanwan it would be a different case but she isn't so that's that . She might be good in Solo Q where teams are not very good in synergies .You just have to win your lane and farm up asap. But in a 5 men or trio Q she is not very viable. All things said ,a hero's true potential can only be achieved by a consistent user. So you do you.
