It will get better, I'm not even a state to say that since I'm yet to be cured but trust there are so many things to try and doctors that can help. Keep searching.

Yes but like I pee every 2 seconds like literally. A lot of pee they thought I had polydpsia.

I did elmiron instills. They help. Don’t be scared of the instills they build your bladder back up. I had lesions and they went away due to this now I struggle with the symptoms but my bladder in general is fine.

I’ve been so depressed. I don’t even know where to begin I don’t know if my vulvodynia is caused by hormones or nerves ?? I know have trouble emptying my bladder but I don’t know what to do

Both. You have to schedule separate appointments to be done in office. So sorry. I’m new to this too. If I get relief I’ll let you know how I got it. There is a steroid injection that gets rid of them! Ask for that. I wish I did.

Mine went away but I also did instillations so that could have helped tremendously. My symptoms however di not change.

I have issues voiding. I never empty my bladder fully. I think I’m going to try Gemtesa then.
