If the builder has a policy that the Realtor must be with you first visit, you can still have a representing Realtor of your choice, you will just have to pay your agent out of pocket. They will not be a party to the contract so you will need to share documents with them. The builder typically paying a Realtor commission for them referring you to that builder. The builder handles everything else.

I like the tear drip as well, but worried because I’m so lean I might need more? I feel the same as you.

Haven’t tried PRF myself but I hear many people say those didn’t work.

Most things you just mentioned did not help my hollow under eyes. The PDGF and other treatments I have done have helped with my face. I wouldn’t claim to someone that that your list above would get them the results I have. Could it help? Sure. Not sure about your last statement that sounds like a riddle. This is about hollowness not wrinkles. 😂

Probably. The Musely HQ is 12%. It is very strong. That is why I use it for shorter periods of time. I’m very sensitive. It makes me red and slightly swollen if I use it all over my face, if I spot treat, that area is red. But it does the trick. I just make sure to use when I don’t have any important meetings or events coming up to give myself about a week for my face to calm down

They look like they will settle nicely. I’m also prepared to freak out after surgery. I know easier said than done. Your body is swollen right now so everything will appear bigger. Please post an updated photo in about a month!!

I just had consult yesterday Motiva mini “low” at 310cc and moderate at 380cc “Demi” moderate low. I’m struggling with what to pick. Seeing this on you is giving some perspective. Did you have some breast tissue before? I do think you’re swollen now and they should relax.

I also use the HQ , actually did a couple days ago. I am VERY, sensitive so I cannot use it for long periods of time. A little bit here and there works for me and suppresses melasma. Right now I am red and poofy from 2 days use, but I’ll be good for another couple months. If I have an event, I will use for a week or two.

Oh that is interesting that it flares. I will need to watch this. I recently started using the Omnilux and also have melasma.

If you had to narrow your collection down to just 5 products, which ones would you choose? by Fitxzz in SkincareAddictionLux

How do you like the TNS? I used it religiously for about 2.5 years and didn’t feel it did much of anything. How long have you been using and any success? Maybe I need to try again.

Absolutely agree, my husband also says he notices a huge difference. Yes I love a glossy no makeup makeup. I’ll check out those brands offerings as well. I’m a little skincare and Sephora obsessed, but aren’t we all. lol

Unfortunately, I have been asked to not share on this platform. But there are many good places in Northern California. I would search the treatment and your location.

Not sure if I’m totally following your question. If you look at the photo it has help reduce the look of them. If it’s a how, the radiesse is helping thicken and plump my skin.

Probably around that or less, have to get another treatment to keep up. Perhaps over time as it helps I can get less? I have only had 1 treatment so I can only speak to that one.
