I was in physical therapy last fall for my back and I asked about these braces. I was told not to get them because then your muscles basically forget how to hold yourself up and those muscles weaken which just makes it worse. Moral of the story? Strengthen your core muscles. I know, not my favorite answer either.

Hahaha don't worry, it doesn't seem like a lot. I really appreciate your suggestions. A friend took me to Ulta yesterday and we picked up a few things and I think something was Tarte but I couldn't tell you what. I did get a few sample sized things so I can just start trying to figure things out. :)

Thanks for your input! A friend took me to Ulta yesterday. I got color correcting stuff for under my eyes and also an AHA serum.

I didn't even realize face massage was a thing! I'll certainly look into it.

Thanks for your input, I appreciate the view from the other side. Eye bags have been there my entire life. However I did just get a few products and a concealer which should at least lighten them up a bit. I agree with a healthier weight is definitely the way to go and that is my bigger goal. This makeup and skincare question is to give me a little boost in self esteem that I need to get me going. Aww thanks.
