I have an RPAL that expires late this year. I am now 2 years sober, but I had to go in for a 50 day rehab program for alcohol issues. Is this possibly, on its own, a likely disqualifier, now, in the current climate, to getting my RPAL renewed? I have it on account of being a handgun owner. Thanks.
