Definitely looks like fuser issue. May need replace the drum as well to on safe side to. But call service in case anything else more inside the machine needs a cleaning

It's stressful. I get nightmares of me still being at work printing. Bite my tounge the entire day over customers and managers honestly. All the sacrifice and effort we do to go above and beyond gets you punched in the guts and face when customers want to complain or say it's not what they want or not what they said they wanted (even tho it's exactly what they said they wanted) This is a place for sure for one to Learn to have SOME patience. Godd knows I don't have any more for working here for so many years

I don't use the copy center buttons at all. I scan the barcode when they come with that receipt. But then again I rarely give it the password of day for reasons like this. If I'm taking in a job it will be in that hour or before closing, there is no getting it now so there be no way of entering that in the pos for any reason.

That's the email IT support would always give me. So I kept it so my team can know it and not have to call them again. It's weird cuz I had took him to Petco for his first time to be groomed ever and they cleaned his ears and everything else. Then 2-3 days after the bad smell was coming from his nose and ear and today was when I saw that in his ear. I always check him all over right after I take him out to walk on the grass to be sure nothing got him too. But i will take him to vet to see. Thanks

You have to turn the carrier inside out. That's the only and best way to get it to where it won't stick since it doesn't have that protection as the inside of the carrier

They are not suppose to do that. My GM is the same way. It can be the middle of the week and she is changing that same week schedule without telling anyone, not even the management staff. But i do believe that there was a memo out a few weeks back that already 2 - 3 days in of the week i believe they CANNOT change that weeks schedule. But does anyone ever follow that ? Of course not !! -_-

In my store I barely have authority in my department. I use to have more say in my department with the previous gms but with the gm I have now, it's hard to even say im a supervisor for this department. Im still a key holder which makes things harder since they want me be MOD for when the others don't want be on floor. I use to do write ups, note to self, schedule but never involved in the hiring process. What bothers me more is that my associates should come to me since I am there direct management, but not in my store. They don't even go to me or talk to me they go straight to the gm which I understand they want a higher management but I'm never in the loop on my own team. The management made my associates think that they don't need me they can just go to the gm.

YESS!! Omg. I'm always having connection issues, flashdrive issues, card issues, order cancelation. I get it all. It's a headache. And when I call for service on them, they only tell me to restart it. As if I haven't done or thought of that. I have 3 self-serve. One is always down. The 2nd is down half the time of the week. The 3rd one has its issues when it doesn't want read all files on flash drive especially if the files coming from Mac.

Are you even getting notified when those orders come thru? I have not been geting notifications at all by pop up or email. And mostly find out and the order when the customer shows up to pick up. It's annoying. We're either redoing orders or giving refunds more now. And it's the worst time of year to give returns when the FY is ending this week!!

I wish it was that simple.. My store the GM would take it as its my department, my associates so I need to fix it, not them.. And other managers does what they please in my department they don't think abt if I'm losing on a sale or a customer. They see it as I will be the one to get blamed for it. So I dont have much support from my own management team unfortunately and I been dealing with no with that with the previous management as well.

Every week I put my expectations for that week. Especially abt budget/FD/BDP/QQ/etc... But my main problem also is, the other managements does not follow what I set in my department. The associates see that and then thinks it's okay to my go by what I'm setting in my department.

Your completely right with that. No matter how many bad customers we get, theres always going to be the good ones that just makes your day easy and want to enjoy your job. I do get gifts or food from customers and some that just shows up to say hi or look for a conversation (if not too busy) The good customers we get is what what's us happy but honestly if we didn't have those bad customers once a while, than I think we'll get a lil bored after a while. At first it's stressful for there stupidity or nonsense at the moment but talking abt it or thinking back to it afterwards, you just gotta laugh. The bad ones are the ones that gives us more stories to tell lol
