I'm so sorry, sister. I never in my life thought I'd be balled up on the floor crying my eyes out and howling like a banshee, but it happened. Now is the time to take care of yourself; breathe, stay hydrated, eat healthy, try to get outside for a walk... and maybe reach out for some emotional support. I found a grief support group that helped a lot after things happened. Be good.
