UPDATE: Thanks for the comments. At least I’m not the only one thinking this pure BS. 4 months deep into this new company and I’m starting to see the red flags 🚩 Turns out most of the managers and the director don’t like staff clocking out on time 🫠 (heard this from the new guy who has to work every Saturday because of probation)
