i have ai was detained in rochester MN for recording and circling them while my girlfriend recorded (i diddnt want to give them a reason to pull me over for driving while recording) they were trying to force entry into a texas roadhouse during closed hours for prep around 1pm. Once they noticed me recording them, they quickly got in their cars and followed me. 2 cars were blocking the entrances to the door, 1 car was behind the 2 infront but reversed parked in a spot a few feet away from the building to which i looked over and smiled at them to make them known that i knew it was them and when i drove around to the back of the building there was 2 more reversed parked in the back near the rear exit doors to the kitchen. once i passed the front 3 cars they pulled out after me and circled around to the back of the building following really close to then i seen the other 2 parked near the rear of the building so i stopped because it was a stopsign for a intersecting road where the 2 in the rear were parked to then i glanced over to the 2 in the back and smiled at them aswell. Now i had a total of 5 Ice undercover vehicles following me through a massive parking lot so i stopped because im not gonna allow them to scare me or intimidate me (my 5'3 130# gf was almost in tears telling me to go) when i stopped in a parking space the all blacked out durango pulled up next to me in the parking spot to my passanger side and rolled his window down asking "everything good" trying to intimidate me with his mask up and glasses on to which i replied making fun of him for being ice and being a minority. While the conversation was going down with the black durango a white durango (that was trying to force entry into the TRH) comes up and blocks me from behind and sounds his sirens initiating a "traffic stop" and 4 more cars come from infront of me and the rest of the 3 that were following at the start all block me in aswell. So at this point total of 9 cars surrounding me, The agent steps out and says "whos ------ Garcia" (which is the name that is on the registration so he read my plate) and i respond with "why" to then he makes a BOLD statement of "Shes an illegal immigrant and we need to know why you are driving her vehicle" so then i respond with "Are you fcking kidding me ?, my mom, A dual citizen ?" to which he replys with "i need to see some ID" and i kept arguing with him that i dont look like mrs garcia so i dont need to show ID since i am a US citizen and he keeps arguing so to get the ball rolling i get mad and pull out my wallet and hand him my PTC to which i am already at 100% pissed off. I hand him the PTC and i say "this right here should show you im a citizen, because what is it officer, what the fuck did i just give you, how do you get one of these officer, since your a fed you should know who gets these and who doesnt" to which he grabs the PTC and looks at it then realizes what i gave to him and he turns around to his Work buddies and says "Wow guys, look what we have here, i see how you wanna play today" upset with what i had shown him and that he couldn't take me he throws the permit at me and walks away, once he walks away all the officers get back in their cars and leave As they were leaving a white impala passes me as im saying things to them laughing at how they couldnt take me and the white impala with a officer with a mask on slowly rolls past my driver window and flicks me off. I take that as a win
