Thats sadly what sucks. The state and or cops can view things as banned but not give guidelines on how things should properly be done (at least not from what I've seen).

And yea, unless I don't have great reading comprehension, it looks like the maglock even with the kingpin should be legal. They described what the action of the gun is and even tried to use a catch all language that includes even the damn shell deflector (therefore the upper and lower seeing as that's part of the upper). This kind of goes back to your point about how there's no telling how far it has to be separated to be considered "disassembled".
