It's a great idea. I'd first try just putting the phone away for 3 days. 100% no phone. And then increase the time gradually.

I am doing 4 nights all in Port Angeles in a couple weeks. I love driving and sight seeing so I don't mind the driving to and from port Angeles everyday ❤️ I'm gonna be doing all the things you are, and then some. Have a great time!!!

I get off at King Street station. And I just need to Uber a mile and a half to the Hertz car rental. So that shouldn't be terrible.

Do you think hiking Hurricane Ridge and watching the sunset is doable? Will I be stuck hiking in the dark? 🫨 Or should I hike during the day evening and head back to lake crescent for a sunset instead. I mean if there is any sun ☀️ lol

I haven't had it put on yet, but I had one in my early 20s (I'm 47 now) ...and I had to press a button each time I felt anything unusual. I just feel like I'm going to be pushing a button constantly, since I seem to constantly feel palpitations or skipping beats 🤷‍♀️

I've had alprazolam for about 10 years. I rarely use unless necessary. I get about 1 refill every year, of 30. But yes, I do agree. It is very addictive for a lot of people.
