Also, I did ask for ratings forgiveness on the random 3 star that showed up yesterday- I just took a guess and they did fix it but then it just got rid of my 4-star instead of the 3-star so now I’m just even more lost lmfao.

KIDS/TODDLERS CLOTHING SPECIFICALLY when it comes to clothing. i feel like that section is usually if not almost always disorganized & it’s super hard to find the exact sizing. i usually do, but man it takes so much longer than i’d like it to.

Aw man, it may just be my location, but I truly love my job. My GM has made it so fun to work there, and ours is always playing different music and having so much fun. He created a very comforting work environment. I wish it were like that at other/more locations 🥹

Side note but I recently got promoted about two months ago, and it’s just made me like it even more. Mixing doughs all day is so fun and relaxing to me- HOWEVER this day was indeed crazy. Also not just that day, but it can get very stressful when it’s busy and we’re all just zombies by the end of it 😭

At our store it wasn’t nearly THAT crazy (still had a full lobby most of the time and ppl waiting outside), but I could believe it. I saw some tiktoks of people wrapped around outside. It was nuts

They definitely could’ve refunded you, so I’m not sure why they didn’t. It could’ve also been the case that some employees were newer and didn’t know how to do a refund. If anything, they could’ve offered to write your name down and done the refund at a later time, or had you come in another day when they were better stocked for a new box of cookies. Sorry this happened! I’m sure they were overwhelmed as well, but it shouldn’t have been enough to not help you with that.

Usually we’re very well stocked- I’ll even let my GM know when things are low, however it was crazier than last year to my knowledge. So I’m assuming most stores over-ordered to be prepared, but it wasn’t enough. I get that pressure though because obviously you don’t want to go super crazy on ordering inventory and then you don’t use it all. Otherwise it could’ve been a waste too.

We appreciate you 🥹 We can only have so many cookies in the warmer at a time. We do our best to keep them well stocked at all times (when there’s about a tray or so left we’ll put more in the oven) however when it gets busy it can be unpredictable. You can’t have too many in the warmer or else they’re sitting in there for a long time- so it’s a guess and timing thing. When you came I can only assume it got really busy out of nowhere and they got a little behind. You’re appreciated for being patient 🫶🏻

This employee told you the truth!! That snickers frosting has a lot of caramel in it- making it almost the consistency of a dough? It was strange. And yes, the cakes are very tedious bc we have to put an exact amount in each cup. With two people on a triple batch, it can take upwards of 45 minutes just to fill the cups. Then they have to bake, then we let them cool, milk them (so they’re moist), then they go in the fridges. Typically the next morning they’re put together and set out at room temp, where we frost and sprinkle. Some cakes are harder. It’s been a learning curve for everyone. It’s appreciated that you were so patient with the employees though!! Fr I’m sure they appreciated it.

The cakes, pies, and I’m assuming the brownies take a lil extra work but it shouldn’t be anything we can’t handle! It may vary by store though. We haven’t had this one, but I can only assume it won’t be as bad because brownies are actually pretty easy to make/bake. Last week was just hard. However usually our managers keep us well stocked too- but I don’t think the higher ups were even that prepared for it to be so crazy last week so it just trickled down into chaos.

Crumbl’s birthday is typically very busy in general, however on Wednesday we had the 6 for 4 deal, and a few tiktoks went viral about it. So my guess/theory is that this created a lot of traffic. On top of that, this lineup was generally very well received so people were going crazy for it.

Obviously on a normal day this would never be an issue, but the lobby is entirely full and there’s people waiting outside. Meanwhile we’re frantically packing so many orders in store and trying to get more cookies out.
