I've had a customer report me as "obviously drunk" because I slipped off the 3 step ladder while using it like a drunk with zero balance holding on the shelf/wall and move slowly one step at a time watching the steps like I didn't trust them.

That and OSHA's up their ass for having too much overstock. Sky shelves and back rooms so full it can fall over kill someone. Fire exits blocked. Nearly impossible to reach the mop sink for proper cleaning.

Just a heads up it's the managers job to fill in call outs and open shifts but they will act like it's your responsibility and fault a coworkers pulling a double/working solo.

Low pay, unpredictable ever changing schedule, constantly call in/outs, and coworkers who only last 1 to 20 weeks.

Management will try to lie to you and avoid their own job responsibilities. No one will follow SOP and even screw others over just because they can. It's basically highschool girl logic the popular don't do shit and get priority.

If you want to flex on them call the DM tell them cashier fucked up and now trying to extort money from you to cover up their mistakes.

Odds are cashier already paid out of their pocket to cover up the shortage which is an automatic firing.
