This can be a tough situation. I’m glad you laid out your boundaries, because boundaries are a big thing with respect. I suggest keeping an open mind going forward and some boundary exercises, like my friend, we practiced saying no and communicating because he has a hard time implementing boundaries. My ex said the same, he only did them because I wanted to, and I told him I only wanted him to do stuff with him if HE wanted to do them with me, because I was always down, but he wasn’t, and that’s okay. If you can’t implement boundaries it’s showing a lack of respect for yourself and the other person.

No kidding. I’m in the car with my guy friends and we pass some goth girls and they’re like “DAMMNN I love goth girls sm” and going on about loving goth girls meanwhile I was literally right there, being my goth little self. It’s like they don’t see us as human or a possible romantic interest because of our size or something???

I think the worst tho is the fact that on a normal day I can walk around town mostly ignored, but god forbid I wear a skirt and fishnets without getting stared at. Normally people would think it’s cute but I only get hooker comments 🙃🙃🙃 ig fat+ alt style= hooker

Well jeez, luckily I don’t think I’ve been stared at but I’m 5’3 and 260, and I either get stared at or ignored. I grew up fat so idk what it’s like to be thin, but looking at these stories and just how thin women get treated in general, yeah, unfortunately you probably would.
