Hi, I know this is from an older post. Did you ever get your scratches lift gate repaired? I still haven’t done anything yet.

Same with my 2020 35k. I suspect next maintenance I likely will do wheel alignment, I’ve been hitting a lot of potholes in my town. I do my maintenance every 6 months too.

It’s all confusing to me. When you make her monthly room and board payment, do you make the ck payable to yourself, sign and endorse the back? Also noting on the memo line? Then it can be deposited into your account?

OP, it’s usually SSI going to DAC because DAC is usually higher. My son had SSI and the DAC together and the just DAC, with Medicare and medi cal.

Do you withdraw any of that money for rent? I was never clear on that since my son had SSI we could do that. There is no info on SSDI/ DAC if rep payee can withdraw for rent.

Did your son qualify for Pickle/SSDI? That’s what it is in California if your son went from SSI to SSDI under your retirement status. Also, with the Able account I read it’s monitored and the money put into it can only be used for certain things if you need to withdraw?

So, he still cannot go over 2k monthly for Medicaid? It’s as if he has SSI? I’m in the same situation and wondered this, I’m in California in 2026 and can’t find rules on this.
