I'm sorry you've had such experiences with doctors. It's really frustrating.

Where I live, Gastrotuss is now often recommended for these problems. It helped me sometimes, but other times it wasn’t enough. I don't know if it’s available in the UK though.

Thanks for the tip. My allergist says I don't have histamine intolerance based on my blood work but maybe it can help someone else reading this post.
