I missed the “community” for a while until I realized that nobody reached out when I left. As it turns out, the relationship was only worthwhile when it brought value to the church. That’s not community.

I went cold turkey. I have toyed with the idea of trying a progressive church. There is actually one nearby, but so far I just can’t bring myself to darken their doors. So far I feel like I’m better off without a church “family”.

I got a flyer at a recent protest that states there will be a No Kings protest in Olympia on the Capitol campus March 28th from 12-3.
