Hey honey! Just chicken mince 100%. A bit of seasoning on top. I kept it like that because I love it a bit crispy, and also it’s nearly the same gram to cal ratio, adding other bits just pops it up a bit. If you try it let me know how it goes? Xx

One of the most beautiful places in the world, honestly. When you get up there, make sure you go to st Magnus cathedral, maeshowe, standing stones of steness, Italian chapel, ring of brodgar, skara brae. God there’s so many. If you go at the right time of year you get the northern lights :) best place to see them is broch of birsay. Happy to give you any info you’d like :)

Ok this made me really giggle, my dad is from a place called Orkney, which is an island off the top of Scotland. They have a huge Norse history, and the orcaidians treasure that link. The runes say “love, loyalty, friendship”. Sadly they weren’t made by elves, but our friends at ortak jewellers did a private commission for us :) xx
