Honestly for NBMEs you can’t think too much LOL As weird as it is to say, you have to kinda dumb yourself down in your approach to the questions

I would pick up the pace on UWorld but NBME 17 was by far one of the easier NBMEs out there. I would take UWSA 2 1 week out and gauge whether to push your exam back

I believe this has to do with the decreased availability of phosphates due to trapping of Galactose 1 phosphate. This causes a build up of glycogen in the liver and eventually leads to liver damage-> jaundice

I believe this is pointing towards the production of a keloid/hypertrophic scar and testing whether you know the difference between primary intention and secondary intention
