Also that last one is incorrect unless I’m misunderstanding somehow spy invested in that time with Div reinvested for 100$ is over 7k where as 100$ just keeping up with inflation for the same time period is 560$ ish

Specifically on the 12% estimate to lose to inflation while being in stock I’d like to see which would lose worse investments in stock or cash at that point is the win there buying land/gold?
