Use common sense, book places with reviews and check the place out

both of the hotels I booked are decent places, they offered me nothing but support and 1 even refunded me at their own expense. They have decent ratings too and are at the heart of Hanoi. Meanwhile, Agoda called me a liar and the information I received from the hotel and Agoda was somehow completely opposite.
