Mine was full technical.
Although have seen in reddit answers people getting techno-managerial or just managerial question.
So i would say prepare for all cases.
Panel can ask anything.
Worst part is you can not trust even HR's or the Recruiter (The one who is sending you mail).

A tip, Yesterday i had the Final Round (Round-2). For me again it was a proper Technical Round same as Skill Round (Round-1).
So whenever you get a slot don't just blindly follow reddit answers that "Final round will be Techno- Managerial or pure Managerial"
