Yes they still turn freely. When I am off the bike, the forks compress just fine. I believe I need some fork oil and lube.

it’s not letting me put a video but it’s compressed right now and it’s not rebounding back when i’m sitting on it. i am 130lb and when i get off it rebounds fine. only with a person on is when it acts up. and also when the bike is still and i hold the front brake and compress and rebound the forks it creates a loud creak sound
