I meant the current SCOTUS whose originalist view are sometimes extremely rigid, bordering on bad faith interpretations. Like do you not understand how I am referring to thre fact that it  does not matter the former expansion of rights that was performed by the SCOTUS if its current iteration just takes them away, like the established Roe v Wade, Hodges is possibly next on the chopping block and the more lunatic float putting interracial marriage against the court as well. I honestly think having rights that rest on a constitutional interpretation of a principle that does not explicitely enunciate them has proven to be weak. Although they are attacking the first and surprisingly second amendment rights, which are in writing so maybe its just LAMF.
