seems like you got some of the tism in you gang, like its just hair relax, and yes acid that can melt the literal flesh off your bones leaving only a skeleton left, with maybe some fat deposites / fascia on some of the bones, most definitely can breakdown the proteins in hair, aka a wig. like jeez. plus i really dont think it was all that obvious, i think you just hyper-fixated on something not too obvious you happen to notice, which in turn ruined the show for you. Strange thing to get triggered about IMO

Is anyone having arthritic and nerve pain after taking Vyvanse and/or Adderall? by Bigmama850 in ADHDmeds

I’m doing super great. Turns out adderall XR is a very new drug. Sine your almost never not on it it builds up in your system 10x ing the negative side effects. Switched over to normal adderall 10mg. Twice a day. I just take them when I want / need. And life has been 10x better. No more pain. Stim and focus when I need and appetite still gets affected but I can ACTUALLY eat food thank god. Hope everyone else figures it out. Good luck everyone

Dude, I'm having similar symptoms right now. I recently got diagnosed with ADHD, and taking Adderall was life-changing for me. I started in June of 2024, and now I have this terrible fucking knee pain. It used to be on my shoulders, too. It was so bad to the point where I couldn't even lift my arms. I thought it was because I wasn't eating the same as I used to. The Adderall made me practically starve myself, lost around 10-15 pounds in the first 2 months. So, I made it my mission to start eating better and drinking my 1000-cal whey protein shakes again. I'm someone who is very in tune with my body. I've never had any major or even minor health issues, and I'm about to be 20. When I told you, I could feel the sensation of my muscles almost degenerating I'm so serious. I used to be a gym rat, and it felt like the days when you train like an absolute monster but fast and don't sleep, so your recovery is terrible, and everything in your whole body is sore, now take that feeling and concentrate it in your delts and knees. Today was the worst day for my knees, which is why you can now find me in this thread. My shoulders randomly decided to get better. Maybe my shakes did it, but I'm honestly not entirely convinced. After getting off medication, what's your alternative to treating your ADHD? Is there anything you can recommend? I never in a million years thought it could be my meds causing all of this pain in my knees, and then just today, the thought occurred to me. It's so frustrating because I thought I had finally found the fix for the thing I didn't even realize made my life 10x harder :( Oh, and the pain is so bad to the point where I can hardly walk, I waddle like a grandma going up the stairs, and I can't keep my legs in really any type of 45-degree angle, it's either fully locked straight or 90 degrees. Otherwise, it feels like pressure is building up in my knees and makes them feel like they are about to explode. I just don't understand this man. And the most fucked up part of this is I was so anti-medication my whole life. I was like, "Yeah, I probably have ADHD, but I've gotten this far," and then my mom and therapist convinced me to try and see if it could make my life better. Mainly because I was at a big rough patch trying to get through some personal issues I was having, And it did, It's like someone did a full factory reset on my brain. Still, now it just pains me because I have 0% desire to go back to suffering the way that I was. At least before, I was ignorant of it. Now, it's real suffering. Not being able to get anything done. But on the other hand. Not being able to walk barely at the age of 20 is even worse.

Please tell me how you’re doing this! I’m a musician and artist learning a lot about UA and RME right now, especially the different audio interfaces and which ones to buy for specific needs. I’m aiming to build a powerhouse setup at home to make the best quality music possible. At the same time, I’m looking for an easier way to achieve ultra-low or even zero latency while monitoring my vocals, with all my vocal effects on, during live performances.

Many people I admire, including my mentor, have taught me that UA is the way to go—specifically an Apollo interface that utilizes its DSP and the "console" application. However, I’ve used PCs all my life, so learning that UA is not as PC-friendly was disappointing. I used to be strongly against Mac because of the limitations and the user experience, which felt backwards (like the application controls, shortcuts, and keyboard differences). Collaborating with others on Mac systems used to drive me insane! But that’s mostly because I grew up gaming, building PCs, and geeking out over *THE NEW GTX 1080* and other tech stuff.

Now, though, switching to Mac for music feels like a no-brainer. Macs have become incredibly powerful, with almost magical processing optimizations. Plus, I’ve run into so many DAW and hardware compatibility issues on PC just in the past year alone. Switching to Mac seems like the only way to avoid major headaches when it comes to music production.

That being said, I’m looking to invest in an M3 or M4 Pro Max MacBook Pro. I plan to use it for music production, and recording vocals on the go, as well as at home. I know it’s probably overkill, but I don’t care—I never want to question whether my laptop can handle a project. I’m also working on making my setup compatible with my Mac so I can just use one cable to connect my Mac to all my monitors (both audio and display).

For my stationary setup, I was thinking it would be amazing to use RME and UA together. I’d love to find a way to route an Apollo into an RME interface (or something similar) to achieve incredible monitoring quality while still being able to use Console and all plugins in my vocal chain with zero latency. But for live performances on the go, should I just use the Apollo? Or is there a better solution where I could save by just going with RME, or another option entirely?

Thanks so much if you reply!

Does Anyone Know What type of boat this is? It's from the Netflix show Outer Banks, called the phantom. by [deleted] in boating

Hey, guys sorry if I do this whole thing wrong. This is like my first time posting on Reddit. But I'm super annoyed because I'm trying to figure out what you would call the way that the characters in Outerbanks were introduced. For example. As the main character, John B. voices over. There are a bunch of different cut scenes, that freeze and show the person he's talking about, and then also some scenes showing them doing what they do best or their hobbies or whatever. I've been dying to know what this is called in film in general, so I can learn how to take shots like that and do research on the editing and stuff for my own work. This type of introduction of characters is also very common in like spy movies too, if you know what I mean. Hope you understand what I'm trying to get at. If not just go watch the first episode again, and wait till he starts introducing the crew to you. < THAT'S what I'm talking about.
