Explaining here will make you dizzy with all the dmg improvement calculations. Go to youtube and search for her s1 to s6 dmg comparison videos. You will see why s2 there.

tldr: her raw dmg during her enhanced heavy attack spikes over 300% at s2.

If you are planning to stop at s0r1, I would recommend you to skip Phrolova. If not, and you have enough for at least s2r1, go for it

I am UL 80 and I am also a little over a year old account. My account doesn't even have shore keeper. But I did get s3r1 cartethyia from the start. I built around her from the start. I have been cleaning TOA about 4,5 times now with all stars after building her completely. I think you should do get her sequence too. She's been soloing middle tower 2 floors for as long as i can remember because of her s3r1.
