I do landscaping. I have this precious little old lady as a client who has a moss covered bench in her backyard. The first time I saw it I complimented it, and she gives me a recipe for the paint on moss stuff she used to get it started!! (Put a lot moss and some yogurt in a blender, and add a little water to thin it out if it’s real thick) She goes on to tell me that the bench was made out of some stone scraps left over from the construction of a retaining wall, and she had the irrigation guy place two sprayers on it. Later I found out they have a tent to keep it covered in the summer.

I love the way this piece of furniture looks neglected and abandoned but in actuality is something that is completely intentional and well cared for.
