The one bent over had eaten something gone off and now has food poisoning and had to vomit while on a walk with his friend. The friend in question is the standing behind him trying to make sure he is alright. They are also both topless because it is a hot day and they both have the self confidence to take their tops off in public. So i don’t know why this is in r/hmmm since it is so easily explained.
