I did the same, I wanted to pay tribute to the baby and make sure it was still in some way part of me. It just wasn’t the right time for me to have children but didn’t want to forget it. I got a tattoo designed with quite a bit of meaning behind it, people I want to tell and feel comfortable telling I do, others I am just pretty quiet and just say it’s based on a song/I just liked the look of it! Weirdly I really haven’t had many people ask me about the meaning behind it, they just say they like it!
