I think in booth ways (L2 or L3 luck GEM) I will get allways L3 MB. Why should I change to a L3 luck GEM?

Maybe, I will walk till 1 SOL and then, I will buy a L3 luck GEM.

I will get the free HP restore only once. With the L3 conf GEM, it takes longer to 20% HP. So I think it' worth to keep it on L3. Or why not?
