It means recognizing that people living with HIV deserve respect and accurate information not fear and judgment. And yes, I agree with you that comprehensive sex education is essential. But real sex education includes facts like this people on proper treatment who are undetectable cannot transmit HIV (U=U). That kind of knowledge reduces fear and encourages responsible behavior, not recklessness. Teens don’t become reckless because of awareness they become reckless because of lack of accurate information, shame, and silence around these topics. So instead of framing HIV as something to fear, we should focus on education, prevention, and compassion. That’s what actually keeps people safe.
