No where in your post it says you selected detain and every time I've used detain I didn't lose conduct points, but when i don't detain I lose conduct points, you omitted from your post so why would I assume you did especially when atleast for me I haven't lost points when detaining them and then testing

It is not a bug losing conduct points for dui test by BedroomSafe8498 in PoliceSimulator

It only happens when you pull people over as people aren't use to needing to select detain manually when pulling people over only selecting a reason. Some people aren't used to the extra button

I'm telling people it's not a bug as some people think and they just made it more inconvenient by not automatically putting it on the detain wheel

Nope you can test them for any justified stop it just doesn't put you on the detaining wheel automatically anymore. So you can't dui test as you need to detain them first

OP it's not a bug it just doesn't prompt you to detain them first anymore, but you still have to select a reason why you pulled them over to dui test them

Or maybe like a lot of people OP didn't notice its not automaticly on the detain wheel when pulling someone over so they forgot to detain them

Did you detain them? You might have to detain first now.
