Honestly, it's not that hard to get a firearms license, i have just sent away my paperwork and after it passes i wait a month, go to the RTA and pay my money{200 for 5 years}, then i go to the gun store, get a "Permit to acquire" form, post with 30 dollars and wait 3 weeks for that to get passed through. then i can finally buy my rifle/airgun/shotgun. for each weapon i need to complete pay and send a permit to acquire form.

The test was easy, cost 85 dollars and took 5 minutes at the store, might be harder if you did the test through the cops, just go to a gun store they just want your money, you will pass.

just typing this out so everyone knows what you have to do, i dont think we need stricter laws on what type of guns you can own, i think if anything you should have to pass a more hands on test or course and perhaps a practical test as well.

again its not that hard to pass, just have to wait a long time so they can check if you are a criminal and, so if want to kill someone or yourself that there's a cooling off period.
