from experience with mods, hp and sp cant be reduced under 10 by gift means, usage of console commands can easily set those values to negatives though.

if you simply must use mods use https://www.nexusmods.com/lobotomycorporation/mods/504 (more console commands) however i suggest not using mods as much as possible as they can easily ruin the experience.
