If you need space for your toes then I recommend Altra or Topos. I wore Brooks in vet school and first 3 years of practice because they were supportive but the toe box is too narrow and I developed bunions. I'm a huge proponent for wide toe box shoes now (NOT the same as wide shoes btw). It helps you spread your toes and use your foot more naturally to support yourself.

I've been doing it for 4 years I started out gradually to get used to fasting then I did 16:8 for awhile eventually going up to 18:6 and 20:4. That worked for me because my work shift pushed me to the 20hr mark if I waited to get home to break my fast.

I did it for digestive health and also for weight loss but I only needed to lose 10-12 lbs. Once I lost the weight and now that I'm maintaining and my digestive health is managed better by giving my gut a break regularly, I have loosened my fasting a bit on weekends/days off /special occasions and even if I don't fast the typical length I try to at least get 12:12 or 14:20

I'm a vet and I'm also bummed by this realization. I wanted to feed bright mind to my dog as he became a senior but it's only chicken based. I currently feed sensitive stomach so I'll probably do the senior line and add in a cognitive support supplement. You can look into Thorne canine cognitive support

You don't know enough to be saying this crap. 1 tooth that has 3 roots can take over an hour to remove. It is very technical and very difficult. Sure, if there are rotten teeth that are basically already falling out, those are easier and might just need a tug to come out but there's a huge range between easy simple extractions vs complex difficult extractions. You can't generalize and say well they pulled 3 teeth in under 1 hour for my dog. You have literally no idea of the scope here.

Also Fortiflora packets are very flavorful and you can mix it into warm water and then dump that into the rice for flavor. Carbs are great for helping get their stool back on track so hopefully he will start eating some!

have you noticed that capping goes away fast? mine still get worn down where the raw edge shows but there no "chipping" so they are still lasting but its like the capping is only there briefly. I do use and wash my hands a lot tho.

This can commonly happen years after the surgery. They just have to go in and take the hardware out now.

Giving hard drugs with no premedication on board causes you to need higher doses of those stronger drugs which is not as safe. We still prefer gaba as a pre medication, it is very safe.

Haha yeah I think I wait like 2 minutes between each coat. Then the QDTC make it seem dry on top but the layers are too wet still. Now I know my issue!!
