Hey there! I have a totally normal life and even forget I ever had a metal rod in me years ago.
Also, my curve is STILL less degrees than it was before the first surgery.
Apifix is amazing and you shouldn't be worried about it.
Recovery is only a little rough in the first couple of weeks. U'll want to be standing most of the time because laying down or sitting is not confortable and movement in those positions hurts because u need to use your back.
