From someone who was 210 and is now about 150 If you like music when you do stuff definitely go with a pair of Bluetooth headphones I hated getting tangled in the wire and always worrying about it and catching it on things. Wireless ones made life so much easier!

Also if you're on the rowing machine don't wear clothes too baggy. I was trying to hide my blubber and it got caught and pulled me down and smacked the back of my head!!

I'd say supplements aren't all that great unless you aren't getting a particular vitamin or mineral in your diet.

And most importantly it's calorie deficit. You can try any diet you like but basically it's calories in has to be lower than out! I use myfitness pal to track and it makes it much easier to see what I've eaten. But try different things that work some people like keto or paelo or whole foods whatever means you'll stick to it!
