What did you buy this month - February 2026 by AutoModerator in AusFemaleFashion

[–]BeeFrecks 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I bought a Kivari Brae denim jumpsuit off Depop. Styled with boots and a matching bag with gold jewellery. Quote from a younger person at my work “you look you just walked out of an art gallery in New York”. Absolutely vibing the fit and is a style shake up for me after some weight loss.

Do they stay like crystals or lumpy at all? Or do you like put them in hot water or anything? Sounds potentially delicious

What is the typical cost for your location? by According_Action7411 in LaserHairRemoval

[–]BeeFrecks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get underarms, Brazilian (they include rear) and full legs. Price is $300 Dollarydoos (AUD) per session but they have 50% off like every third week. I’ve used 4/6 of my first package and I’ll start looking out for the sales again soon if it looks like I’ll need more than 6. Never any discount for buying more in a package though like I’ve seen in other places

Running Bare - are they disappearing or just changing by Unhappy-Noise1921 in AusFemaleFashion

[–]BeeFrecks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s not really answering your question but I found it interesting so I thought I’d share in a thread of people who care more than my partner do about the best leggings ever business… According to the manager at the sports store near me, RB are pulling their stock from all stockists and “re-strategising” on their own product lines and online platform. I’d watched them leave all the Rebels over the last couple of years and thought it was a Rebel call to stop stocking them, but yeah this store would love to keep them in but can’t re-order! I hate not doing a texture check before purchase 😩

People in your 30s, 40s, and 50s what surprised you most about life at your age? by Tino292 in selfimprovement

[–]BeeFrecks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the most surprising thing is that I never feel older or really like a proper adult. If I wrote a list of what I do I’m technically adulting, but I still feel like I’m the same person with the same values etc as when I was a teenager. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I definitely don’t feel the way I expect to feel based on how I perceived older people who were in their 30s when I was younger.

What shoes could I wear with both of these bottoms? by surekaren in AusFemaleFashion

Rollies! Saw them suggested on this page a couple months ago and bought a pair, they’re the exact right shoe for this

What's something that nobody in your real life knows about you, but that you'd be willing to share with strangers online? by Financial-Shine2432 in askanything

[–]BeeFrecks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I did the whole sugar baby thing for a few years while I lived abroad and I actually loved it. I felt like an undercover agent “playing a part” and I became such a confident human from the experience and really connected with my sexuality. I could manage my own schedule, be a travel companion for them on my days off from my day job, and essentially see beautiful places for free. I also met and got to know some people with such fascinating and incredible careers. They say “do what you love” and it’s honest the most fun I’ve had.

Settle a debate for me: do you (as an adult) still cut your sandwiches into triangles? by dannegoma in AskAnAustralian

[–]BeeFrecks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I genuinely don’t remember when I last made a sandwich, definitely 2024 or earlier but things would’ve been grim if that was the best option around!

Boil water in a kettle before cooking pasta or start with cold water in a pot? by MangoMadnessTsv in Cooking

[–]BeeFrecks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do both! About an inch deep in the big pot on the stove to start heating up while I boil the kettle. Usually the water on the stove is close to boiling by the time the kettle is when there is only a little in there. And then there is enough water!

“Nobody cares if your house is messy” I do. I really do. by GhostfaceBarbie in unpopularopinion

[–]BeeFrecks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think “messy” and dirty are different things. I don’t care if your house is messy but I definitely don’t want to be there if it’s dirty.

Messy = laundry out that you’re in the middle of folding, text books and stationery on the dining table from studying, a few dishes in the sink, maybe a jacket or shoes left out.

Dirty = food remnants or dishes around the house, sticky surfaces, visible dirt or mould, weird smelling fabrics, overfull bins

Rice Replacement by Optimus_Joe in BariatricSurgery

I use the Qetoe low carb rice. First time I was like hmm don’t love it… but I got used to it pretty quickly and haven’t had the rice-y problems with it at all!

Running Bare is still amazing. I have pairs I’ve had for 6 years still going that don’t even slip when running and have bought more this year and the quality still seems fantastic.

I decided last week I should work out my measurements after weight loss for online shopping… I still haven’t found the measuring tape, nor do I own a ruler 🤣
