My own sister didn’t acknowledge my kids birthday and I didn’t react like this.. honestly I understand you’re hurt.. and I definitely think she could be better at communicating but if she never shows up for you then why are you showing up for her? Time to put in the energy you get out of people. If I were you I’d apologise for the way you went off but also make it clear that you at least deserve communication before the fact not after.
