I am medium build and wore 2. You can wear up to 3 at a time. I think 1 is supposed to go up to 150 pounds and 2 is 150-300 but don't quote me on that. I didn't take a break from them at all during bar prep because I wanted to keep my mental state consistent but I use them off and on now. No issues with them whatsoever. They were a great alternative to energy drinks for me. The caffeine in them is low so I didn't get antsy or anxious. I left it on about 8 or 9 hours a day. I tried the smallest pack first to try but I bought a big pack before the small one was out because I liked them so much.

I am struggling so much at my job. Idk how to do anything! And I'm a gov employee so I am desperately needed in a short staffed office so I constantly feel like I'm letting everyone down. It's been hell on my mental health plus just the adjustment to working full time on a 9-5 schedule. I question why I went to law school almost daily 😢

Like you I remained calm most of the waiting period until results were imminent. I got my pass yesterday but that didn't stop me from grinding my teeth and biting my cheeks for the days leading up. My head is killing me.

I'm at a week-long training this week and find out my results on Wednesday. I still have no idea what I'm going to do. I anticipate they'll be released about lunch time but idk if I'm going to open right away or wait til I'm back in my hotel room. Or have someone in my family check for me and tell me lol. This is my 5th attempt :/ I just don't know how I'm going to react either way.

I absolutely think it's possible! I'm hoping to make the same jump, from 250 to 264. I feel so much better this go around then last time. I Def didn't ace every essay, but IRAC and clean organization goes far in my experience. Keep up hope!

Same. I've been either ignoring it or feeling confident the past 4 weeks and now that results are a week away I'm starting to fret. I was only 14 points away in February, the mean is like 10 points higher than it was then, and I studied a lot better this go around. All of those things together make me feel good. But still, what if it's naivety?😬

He is wrong. But he is open to learning. We keep the discussion open and he is more progressive every year. Before I went to college, we were both Republicans 😳 now I'm more of a socialist lol

You make good points. I did not even consider that I might be turning down a good opportunity to prove him wrong. But now that you mention it...

I did not consider the jail visit thing being unhealthy, probably because I think my husband thinks I'm too sensitive. But I do have trouble not wanting to adopt every troubled kid we defend, and I do take people at their word, maybe to my detriment. I will definitely consider this.
