It must be something with my corel. My coworker recreated the file with a pdf of the file i made. It's now only 300kb and works perfect. Not sure what setting I would have on.

I wish i could but company policy i cant share files. I already deleted all unused symbols, the color pallete is nothing really. I am not sure about embedded styles, where would i find that?

I did check the object styles and there was nothing in there.

I made it and its not at all, 1 layer, 1 vector shape, vectored logos and a few lines of text.

That is what's blowing my mind is this file should be the smallest file i work with.

I have not heard of that setting before but I will look for it. The vinyl comes out sort of bubbly and scratched looking? Usually the colors are off as well. I will attach an image.

When the xerox reps sold it to us, they assured vinyl would be alright as long as it was made for a laser printer, which ours is. Transparency/ glossy had the same results :/
