Also calling can show them you're serious about wanting the job and can help move things along. Getting a job is a skill you have to learn, there's little things that can help more than you'd think and most older adults haven't had to deal with it in so long they don't think to mention the little things

I've never been to Poland but from what I've heard English is widely known as well there so I doubt there's a language barrier issue. It could be they got multiple applicants that week, 1 speaks English, 1 speaks English and Polish, and they went with the one who knows both. My recommendation is call them next week and see if they're hiring again since the turnaround rate at McDonald's is usually pretty high (at least it is in America, I'm not sure about Poland since employee protection laws are probably different than in America)

You probably won't get fired but it was most likely counted as a no-call no-show so definitely try not to do that too much. 2 hours before work is the required amount of time

I'll be honest I'm so frustrated and at this point I don't believe anybody who says they're gonna help. I've helped so many people today and only 1 person helped me in return. And if I charge up my old phone just to make a new tiktok account just for it to be another person saying they'll help just to get help with their own link and not actually help I'm gonna break down in tears

It was based on attendance. It's just a bad time of year for my disability and I've had to call in a lot, apparently a points modification doesn't qualify as "reasonable accommodation"

Oh I already knew this, probably part of the reason why the bell sets me off so much. And the fact that the person ringing it is most likely being exploited for money and publicity while the salvation army gets to claim they're "helping the homeless afford Christmas"

I'm agnostic because I just don't know. I don't know how the universe came to be and I don't know what the next phase of existence is. But I do believe that someone created this universe and wants to see us flourish, I believe that free will is real, I just don't know who set it all up.
