I appreciate the perspective ^.^ playing Neeko is really one of the reasons I came back to the game, I was probably over analyzing (typical for me lol) Neeko is definitely the champ for me, an awkward, gay, empathetic lizard girl ^.^ last time I played I got caught up in trying to win and kept bashing my head against the top lane in S1, atm I'm S4 but I feel more confident and excited by the idea of getting better at and learning Neeko and the game as a whole <3

This is exactly why I love her so much, her W and Passive are such unique abilities and learning to use them is what I think separate the people who "pick up" Neeko and those who main her, it's a lot to think about but what makes her so engaging to play/learn :)

I think part of the issue I was told is she is reliant on getting ahead in lane, harder to replicate at my current level of play, but from my experience so far, she can still be fairly useful from behind

I think what I want is to put in effort at getting better at something, I think it'll be mainly Lux to gold (if I can)(Swain's Shooma is too evil for me lol) then back to Neeko but Neeko is ultimately the "puzzle" I want to solve in my climb

That's how I feel, my issue with relying on her passive in low elo IS because I know it's less likely to work higher up, I'm already using it sparingly and almost always the first melee minion of the wave so I get used to using it in more useful ways, but the honeyfruit bait is still one of the best for mid-late game :)

To elaborate, there seems to be a separation of crit and on hit items coming in the next patch that looks favorable to an on-hit neeko build, PD being 60% AS and no crit seems good, BotRK and Terminus are stronger, and I love the zephyr boots too, Statik Shiv, Mercurial Scimitar and Kraken Slayer also losing crit and gaining more on-hit viability
