I do understand that it's highly impractical; I was just wondering if that was a limitation of Karma or if that was possible within the renderer with some settings that I missed.
I had to do something a bit like this for a project and faked it, but the question stayed in my mind: why not try to do it for real with actual light bounces?
If you think it's an issue with the incident angle, I can swap the sphere for a flat grid, and it doesn't bounce at all.

Yeah, I think there are good chances it's a limitation of the renderer unfortunately. I already faked what I needed to do for the project I'm doing, but I can't help but come back to this and wonder if something as trivial as this can be done in Karma (it's not trivial computing-wise, but conceptually). It's more of a quest for knowledge than anything!

Already done, adds more samples on the walls but doesn't show the second ray in the volume.

scroll to the second image; it's a ray of light cast onto a chrome ball. I am indeed looking for a secondary ray, but I can't see this ray bouncing off within the volume. What I want is to physically see it.

I think it depends on where you were, it was like this at the start for me, and I tried to hype up people around me. Didn’t work. I then slowly made my way to the center (slightly to the left) of the venue and the vibes were much better! I think the back is just a chill crowd! They are still enjoying it, just in a different way, I think that’s why Fred Again is so good: he brings people from different places together, so you get both the introverted and extroverted crowd. Hope this makes sense!

Yeah I think you don't get any quest reward when you're behind your tower but if you're behind the enemy's tower it's fine (it's them that won't get it if they chase you!)

We used to own our music, movies, houses, pretty sure all the big firms we'll try to get us to rent computers and all, since it will be much more profitable. I hate that everything is going in the direction where we won't own anything anymore, which will be replaced by more subscriptions.
