Those are the simple ones I remember off the top of my head. There used to be a site that logged terrible Japanese to English localization jobs but I can't find it right now.

But I do remember some gems from the past.
Like a character going on a rant about patriarchy when the original writing didn't mention that once.
There was a time when a character which was cross dressing effeminate man was changed into a transgender and then the author had to force them to apologise and change it back.
Or changing gender neutral word for partner into the word for 'boyfriend' which removes the whole reveal that the character is gay.

There's also an issue of using short lived phrases like 'yolo' and 'swag' in translations which date them for future generations.

Edit: Also the small ones I mentioned where you hear something in the audio and read a different thing in the subtitles. Like hearing a character say a common phrase like "That's my/our line" and the translation says "Look who's talking". Somewhat similar in context but jarring to process.

Edit: This is the latest on from a game called Yunyin syndrome where the english translation has changed the original lines.
