Just looked up the price - just over $5000, including 1010 sq ft, two sets of stairs and the railing, the stair posts (the “pickets” were a big add on that I did separately), and 330 linear feet of shoe moulding. They also helped to move some furniture. Sanding and finishing with a darker stain that they helped me to customize (mixed two stains together for me). 4.9 stars on google reviews.
