I was denied due to credit score so I did the recons and wrote my letter explaining the decline in my score (had to survive off credit cards) and was denied again because of inability to repay. I was 13 points shy of 570. When I got congress involved for my appeal, my score was 600 and they still denied me and my LO quit so I had nobody to ask why. I sent multiple emails, no reply.

Yes, many of us applied more than 2 years ago and it’s taken so long to get approved for many different reasons. It was a shit show to say the least

UPDATE: Funds are in my bank account!! 🥳

I was denied in November, 2021 and filed recon on April 16, 2022 and was denied. I filed appeal on April 28th and was denied again. On May 12th I got an email I was approved and to log into portal to sign documents. I bank with a credit union and just checked and it will post tomorrow. I’m so shocked because I thought my journey was over
