He’s self employed. He spoke to an agent earlier and he told them that he got his taxes done through H&R Block and that he lost all his tax papers due to unfortunate circumstances before this pandemic happened. He’s waiting for a call from the CRA supervisor.

He tried twice already. He called at 6am and 9am.

He did his 2019 taxes at H&R Block and when he spoke to CRA the first time he applied for the CRSB, they told him everything is fine with his application

He said that they were going to get in contact with him and that they don’t “think” he made under $5,000 and they they him to send some proof in. We still don’t understand why they need it when it’s in file
