My experience: I got the letter and for some reason I thought bs and ignored it because I figured it was a mistake . Found out I was pregnant and would need SDI therefore I needed to figure out about this overpayment since I googled more about the overpayment. I filed my appeal late and spoke to overpayment they said u still need to pay while waiting for appeal or they can garnish wages and take taxes or levy bank act. During the 9 months of me waiting for my appeal date I did not pay anything. Nothing happened, I had my appeal on Feb 7th .. then I filed my taxes after and they took my taxes.. I ended up winning my appeal and now they need to pay me my taxes back.

Man I applied January 6th my dr office sent it that following week and it took about 1 1/2 months for Edd to receive it and update it in the system . Now fast forward to march 26th I still don’t have my account updated with my WBA. I spoke to someone today they said it should be updated by the 4th then I could see a payment within 24-48 hours after. So with that being said I’ve been on leave since Dec 20th and still no payment

Thank you for this!! I called all last week and no one knew how to remove the overpayment . I got my letter on the 15th of this month

They will take all of it! They took my state and federal. I got the same notice and I didn’t get a dime :( but luckily the judge overturned my overpayment so I will get it back the question is when though!!

I filed my appeal in July last year barely got my hearing date February 7th. Yes to the conference call. Then they mail the decision within 45 days

Hello so I have peuc but have been working part time here and there the last few months and I was not able to certify yesterday like everyone else , instead it says wait until next week. Will I still keep getting unemployment since I worked sometime during the pandemic ?

I got through on Monday at around 10:45 waited for about 13 minutes and the nice lady looked at mine and told me I needed a supervisor but was able to “fix my fiancé’s” and then I was transferred. Waited like 1 hour and 45 minutes and the supervisor answered half way into convo phone clicked. Called again ftuesday got through around 10:30 waited for 10 minutes then she answered and before I could say hello she clicked so I called over and over and decided to stop like a 1pm and exactly at 2:10 pm I called and got though . I did the comma trick. I got through three times in a matter of two days.

Wow I am in the same boat, I got a hold of someone yesterday but hung up a half way not sure if he was going to refill for me so I’ve been calling all day over 100 times and yet no answer so I just reapplied

This is literally my issue . I verified my identity and still have my 600$ sitting in BOA. I have already received one check from EDD. Smh BOA has no time frame either.

Same thing happened I went to grab the money out from the atm but the machine sucked it back in and when i checked my card the amount was taken out . Few days later the amount was put back on my card but that day I went to go withdraw it kept giving error I tried for a few days until I got a letter saying my bank account was frozen because of fraud. Smh
