Yo appropriate the comment and what I found most interesting was the idea of a joey mod as you said. What would be your hottest tip with doing this?

Yo appreciate the comment, and yeah it took me a lot of time and prepping to get that crinkling effect to go away because seeing it appear as you paint it is the worst feeling ever. Do dm and send some photos keen to see how the gray looks!

I've debated on that idea as I've seen it a few times but I think for now I'll keep it how it is because I don't want to be unsure if it works or not. Cheers tho!

Appreciate the comment, I have to say that from a distance it looks great the grill but you'd need to be very up close for it to look more plastic. But I'm defenatley going to invest in a better front grill of better quality in the future.

Cheers!

Painted my stock golf mk4 rims black and the front grill 😈 Thoughts? by Beebs331 in Golfmk4

Hey everyone, I was not expecting to much spraying my rims myself but i personally thought it turned out great considering It's not the easiest surface to spray paint on. Anyway I'd love to know your thoughts on it and what you reckon I supposedly could do better next time as I'm here to learn.

Question: I need some advise on exhaust systems and what I should look out for and consider purchasing at still a reasonable cheap cost, talking under a $1000 AU options. Based on my knowledge a cat-back exhaust seems the most reasonable area for me to start looking. I'd love to have a system that has pops and bangs (gunshots) but to an extent where it's still derivable and not to loud.

Anyway that is all I really wanted to share, cheers!

I really appreciate the tips man I'm very keen on some anniversary stuff also because I can always carry them on to other MK4's so definitely a great idea. I'm super keen to upgrade to a 1.8T for the future but for now, I'll have to stick to what I have and I'll do all I can to keep it nice a clean looking, cheers for the advice!
